Breakfast is included in the room rate and served from 8.00 am to 11.00 am. The table brings together seasonal fruit, homemade breads, local specialities, juice, tea, coffee, eggs, yoghurt, muesli, cheese, tomato and avocado. Zanzibari soup or porridge can be prepared on request.
For an early transfer or excursion, ask in advance and the team can arrange a packed breakfast.

Lunch and dinner
The restaurant is open from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. Lunch is served from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm, and dinner from 7.30 pm. Because meals are prepared fresh, ordering ahead is encouraged.
Menus take their cue from the island and the day’s ingredients, with seafood, vegetables, rice, spices, coconut curries, dhal, pilau, sambusa, kachori, skewers, salads, soups and pasta. Marina’s Italian roots add another familiar thread.
Connected to local suppliers
Where possible, the kitchen works with fishermen, bakers, shops and other suppliers in Chuini and surrounding areas. These everyday relationships keep more of the menu connected to the place it comes from.

Drinks and water
The bar serves fresh juices, smoothies, tea, coffee, cocktails, mocktails, local beer and wine. Tea, coffee and drinking water are available in the restaurant, including a refill-water dispenser for guests with reusable bottles.
